Job Description

Valiant Anesthesia Associates, PLLC is hiring full-time CRNAs to join their growing practice across multiple hospitals and surgery centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. This lifestyle-focused role includes no nights, weekends, holidays, or call—providing an excellent work-life balance in a high-demand region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia for a variety of bread-and-butter surgical cases in hospital and ASC settings
  • Provide safe and effective anesthesia care across general, orthopedic, spine, GI/Endo, and ophthalmic procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and care teams for seamless patient experiences

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total compensation package up to $275,000/year
  • CME reimbursement
  • 6 weeks of paid vacation

Job Requirements

  • CRNA license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong clinical competency across routine surgical cases
  • Team-oriented mindset with commitment to high-quality care

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
  • No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
  • Work across multiple facilities and outpatient centers in the DFW area
