Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in Jackson, Mississippi. This is an exciting opportunity to join the preferred staffing provider for UMMC, offering excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare professionals
• Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $200,000 and $230,000 based on experience
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• 401(k) with employer match

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Mississippi RN and APRN licensure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Strong communication and clinical skills
