Job Description

Treasure Valley Hospital in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a physician-owned facility with significant growth and expansion. This full-time opportunity offers a highly desirable four-day workweek with no call responsibilities.

CRNAs will work in a collaborative environment providing anesthesia care across a variety of bread-and-butter surgical cases. This position is ideal for providers seeking strong compensation, consistent scheduling, and a balanced lifestyle in a supportive practice setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic, neuro, general surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, and interventional cardiology procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Ensure patient safety and stability during all cases
• Provide post-anesthesia care and recovery monitoring
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation up to $320,000
• Flexible employment structure (W-2 or 1099 options may be available)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Idaho state licensure
• NBCRNA certification required

• Experience preferred but not required
