Job Description

Deseret Peak Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its private, all-CRNA practice in Tooele, Utah. This full-time role offers a high level of autonomy in a supportive team environment focused on quality of life and professional satisfaction.

CRNAs will work independently across a broad case mix, including OB, orthopedics, and regional anesthesia. This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking strong work-life balance, generous time off, and the ability to practice at the top of their license.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across OB, orthopedic, and general surgical cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
• Administer epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and regional blocks
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
• Manage airway and anesthesia delivery independently
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care
• Collaborate with surgical teams and clinical staff

Compensation & Benefits

• $220,000 annual 1099 compensation
• $15,000 sign-on bonus with commitment
• 8 weeks of paid time off

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Utah license or ability to obtain
• NBCRNA certification required or in process
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Comfortable practicing independently in a CRNA-only model
• New graduates welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time 1099 position
• Start date flexible with target mid-summer
• Infrequent first call with second call approximately 1:7
• Post-call days off typically provided
• Independent CRNA-only practice model
• Diverse case mix including OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, and regional anesthesia
• Growing and expanding practice in a supportive team setting
