Job Description

We are offering a unique CRNA job-share opportunity in Elk City, Oklahoma. This independent practice model provides a consistent schedule of 3 weeks on, followed by 5 weeks off — offering outstanding work-life balance. CRNAs work autonomously and are supported with optional block training and a light callback rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care independently across a broad case mix
• Perform or learn to perform regional blocks
• Participate in a rotating call schedule during 3-week active work period

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Income: $190,000 – $200,000
• Weekly Pay: $10,000/week during work period
• Malpractice coverage provided

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Comfortable practicing independently in a CRNA-only model
• Willingness to rotate call schedule

Schedule & Work Environment

• 3 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotating schedule
• Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM
• Light call rotation during work period:
• Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday
• Week 3: Tuesday, Thursday
• Case Types: GI sedation, orthopedics, eyes, ENT, dental, general surgery, GYN, OB
