Central Iowa facility is seeking a high-performing CRNA for a lucrative solo locum tenens opportunity. With weekly earnings of $12K+, this position offers a robust case mix and a supportive rural hospital environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope anesthesia services independently in a solo CRNA model
- Perform regional anesthesia including spinals, epidurals, and blocks
- Manage cases across B&B, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, cataracts, podiatry, and urology
- Ensure safe and effective patient care in a rural hospital setting
Compensation & Benefits
- $12,000+ weekly | $48,000 monthly | $312,000 over 6 months | $624,000 annually
- Reimbursed travel expenses
- Licensing support for out-of-state providers (Iowa is a compact state)
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for Iowa licensure (compact state)
- Experience working independently in a rural or solo CRNA setting preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed (60–90 days)
- Assignment Length: 6–12 months, ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek (mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s)
- No cardiac, neuro, or spine cases
