Job Description

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its world-class healthcare team. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work across more than 40 anesthesia sites with exposure to a wide range of clinical specialties, including transplants. The position excludes obstetrics, pediatrics, and trauma cases. A $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation funds are available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia care across diverse specialties in a high-acuity academic hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective anesthesia care.
  • Participate in professional development, education, and research opportunities supported by Mayo Clinic.
  • Maintain high standards of competence, compassion, and accountability in patient care.
  • Engage in self-scheduling with minimal pager call duties.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $230,000 – $270,000 annually.
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Relocation assistance provided (based on distance).
  • Up to 28 days of Paid Time Off annually, with carryover permitted.

Job Requirements

  • NBCRNA certification as a CRNA.
  • Active Florida CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong clinical skills across a broad range of anesthesia cases.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time role at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, FL.
  • Self-scheduling with flexibility for 16-hour shifts.
  • Minimal pager call requirements.

  • Start date: Immediate.
