Job Description

NorthStar is hiring a FT CRNA in Fort Worth. $248K, $90K Sign-on Bonus, M-F, Great Cases, 8 Wks PTO, Call Optional. NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Medical City Surgical Hospital Alliance in Fort Worth, Texas. You’ll have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work collaboratively alongside your anesthesiologist colleagues as part of a highly productive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix
  • Work collaboratively within a care team environment
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $240K+
  • $8K Quality Incentives, Stipends & $90K Sign-on Bonus
  • Generous PTO: 8 weeks
