US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) Jacksonville is expanding and seeking full-time CRNAs to join a highly collaborative anesthesia team supporting Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, South, Beaches, and The Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute. This role offers a strong compensation package, a generous sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to practice within one of Florida’s most respected hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across multiple Baptist Health facilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and implement anesthesia care plans
- Provide anesthesia for a variety of surgical specialties
- Collaborate with a large care team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
- Ensure comprehensive monitoring and perioperative patient management
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 sign-on bonus
- Starting salary of $200,000 (varies by years of CRNA experience)

Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification
- Eligibility for Florida CRNA licensure
- Meet all hospital and USAP credentialing requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a care team model
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 position
- 40-hour weekly guarantee
- FIRST and SECOND call negotiable
- Day off always provided after FIRST call
