Job Description

ULH Mary and Elizabeth Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team in Louisville, Kentucky. This full-time position focuses on a bread-and-butter caseload in a collaborative and positive work environment. Enjoy a stable schedule, minimal call, and no high-acuity cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and gynecology
• No responsibilities for hearts, neuro, OB, trauma, or high-risk peds
• Support a friendly surgical team in a clinically excellent environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: $220,000 – $240,000 (W-2)
• Stable full-time employment with a supportive care team

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Kentucky CRNA license or eligibility to obtain
• Competence in general anesthesia for healthy adult and minimal peds patients

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule with one late stay (until 7 PM) per week
• One Saturday beeper call (7 AM – 3 PM) per month
• Rare call-ins; typically done by noon on Saturdays
• Positive, joyful team culture with excellent surgeons and staff
