Job Description

Lugo Plastic Surgery, a boutique plastic surgery practice in Watkinsville, GA, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. Our practice specializes in aesthetic surgical and non-surgical procedures, including mommy makeovers and facial rejuvenation. The CRNA will work in our state-of-the-art, QuadA-certified facility, providing anesthesia services for outpatient plastic surgery procedures in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient plastic surgery procedures in a QuadA-certified facility.
• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to anesthesia during procedures, adjusting as needed for optimal safety and comfort.
• Manage patient recovery post-anesthesia, ensuring comfort and stability.
• Address any anesthesia-related emergencies with professionalism and clinical expertise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all anesthesia care provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per day
• Flexible schedule – 1-2 days per week
• Independent contractor position (1099) – Carry your own professional liability insurance

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active CRNA licensure in Georgia
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or surgical settings, preferably in plastic surgery or ambulatory care
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the surgical team

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time/PRN position – 1-2 days per week
• Outpatient plastic surgery facility with a patient-focused approach
• Collaborative, team-based environment with a supportive staff
