RMS Anesthesia Partners (RMSAP) is a thriving private practice seeking both new and experienced CRNAs for full-time roles in Northern Colorado. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff in a team-based environment
• Opportunities for internal moonlighting and incentive-based extra shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual W-2 Salary: $260,000–$425,000 depending on schedule group
• 1099 or W-2 available based on candidate preference
• 401(k), health, dental, vision, FMLA
• Generous PTO: up to 15 weeks off depending on the schedule model
• Rural 1099 opportunities in Sterling, CO: $9,925–$14,200+ per week, housing included

Schedule & Work Environment

• Choice of shift types:
  • Non-call group: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
  • Home-call group: Combination of non-call and call shifts with significant time off
  • In-house call group: Mix of 16 and 24-hour shifts
  • Sterling rural group: Independent 1099-only roles
• Flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance
• Wide case variety in a high-functioning clinical environment
