Job Description
A full-time CRNA position is available in Greenville, North Carolina, at a leading academic medical center. This role offers high autonomy within an ACT model, exposure to nearly all surgical specialties (excluding some transplants and extreme burn cases), and the opportunity to teach anesthesia students if desired. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $200,000 (new grads), with tiered increases
- Total first-year package value: $300,000+
- Signing bonus/student stipend: Up to $70,000 (2–3 year commitment)
- Additional limited-time sign-on bonus: $20,000–$30,000
- Extra $30,000 for candidates starting by November 1, 2025
- Pagers: $250 (week) / $450 (weekend)
- Retirement: Safe harbor + match
- $10,000 relocation allowance
- $1,500 CME stipend

Schedule & Call
- Flexible scheduling with various shifts available
- First call: Frequency varies, $250–$450 pager pay

Responsibilities
- Manage anesthetics independently within an ACT setting
- Provide care across nearly all surgical specialties
- Opportunity to participate in the clinical instruction of SRNAs
- Collaborate with physicians and CRNAs in a high-acuity setting
