Job Description
OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dynamic and collaborative anesthesia team. As the only Level I Trauma Center in Oklahoma, this position offers unmatched exposure to complex and high-acuity cases in a supportive academic medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a wide range of specialties including neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, oncology, and OB
- Participate in labor epidurals and spinals (OB), but no open heart or regional required
- Work alongside MDAs in a highly collaborative Medical Director model
- Engage in challenging, academic-level cases that enhance clinical skills and experience
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employment with total compensation package ranging from $270,000 to $370,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation bonus
- Six weeks PTO, increasing with tenure

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active or eligible Oklahoma licensure
- Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a high-acuity academic hospital
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position with no call
- Work in Oklahoma’s only Level I Trauma Center
