Job Description

A nationwide CRNA-led group practice is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join as a partner in their growing organization. This role offers equity in a well-established and rapidly expanding practice with significant earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual earnings ranging from $525,000 to $750,000
  • Equity partnership opportunity with long-term financial benefits
  • Flexible schedule with negotiable call responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • NBCRNA certification
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CRNA
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a variety of anesthesia settings
  • Business and administrative experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • Practice settings include hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, office-based anesthesia, and interventional pain management
  • Collaborative team-based environment with physicians and healthcare professionals
