Job Description

Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking per-diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a highly skilled team providing anesthesia across general and specialty areas. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center in one of the sunniest cities in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of procedures including general surgery, thoracic, ortho, bariatrics, and endoscopy
• Support a multidisciplinary team at a major academic medical center
• Deliver anesthesia in both ORs and non-OR procedural locations
• Work under a medical direction model as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $200 per hour
• W-2 employment with malpractice and tail coverage
• 401(k) with 4% match
• No minimum shift requirement – flexible scheduling

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Ability to obtain Arizona state licensure
• New graduates and experienced providers encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN/per diem schedule
• Level 1 Trauma Center with multi-specialty care settings
• Rotating anesthetizing locations including OR and endoscopy
