Job Description

This full-time CRNA position at Renew Pain & Wellness Center of South Florida offers a unique opportunity to practice in a modern, office-based interventional pain management setting. Working under the medical direction of Dr. Ben Shatil, DO, MPH, the CRNA plays a central role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with procedures, and supporting clinic operations in a collaborative, outpatient environment. This role is ideal for CRNAs seeking predictable weekday hours, hands-on involvement in procedural medicine, and the chance to expand their scope within interventional pain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform outpatient interventional pain procedures, including epidurals, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, joint injections, and trigger point injections.
• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and medication follow-up appointments as part of ongoing chronic pain management.
• Collaborate closely with the on-site anesthesiologist for medically directed care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Support clinic flow and safety protocols in a busy outpatient practice.

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights, weekends, or call
• Setting: Office-based, outpatient interventional pain clinic
• Case Mix: 100% pain management procedures
• Supervision: 100% medically directed by anesthesiologist

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and active Florida licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in pain management or regional anesthesia preferred
• Strong procedural skills and comfort working in an outpatient clinic
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Willingness to train and grow in advanced pain management techniques
