Job Description

Full-time or part-time CRNA opportunities at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Jacksonville, Texas. This independent practice model offers significant autonomy with a supportive, collaborative CRNA team. Case mix includes pain, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics. No OB, trauma, hearts, or neuro. CRNAs can learn and perform their own regional anesthesia. Shifts are generally 8s or 10s with no weekends or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services independently across a diverse but manageable case mix
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques (training available)
• Participate in a shared call rotation with rare callback
• Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary based on experience — new grads welcome
• Premium Pay: $200/hour for hours over 40 per week
• Shift Differentials: $12/hr Evening | $14/hr Nights | $16/hr Weekends
• Call Pay: $20/hour
• Holidays at 1.5× pay rate
• Sign-on or student stipend up to $55,000
• 403(b) with employer match
• PTO: 180 hours first year, 240 hours after first anniversary
• 40 CME hours + $2,500 CME allowance annually

Job Requirements

• Texas CRNA license or eligibility
• Ability to practice independently in an autonomous CRNA model
