Job Description

Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their highly experienced anesthesia team. This W-2 role includes a rare 3-week-on, 2-week-off schedule (20 weeks off per year), bread-and-butter cases, and a strong compensation package with a generous sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and relocation support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, healthy peds, and GI
• Work under physician oversight in a team of 5 MDs and 12 CRNAs
• Maintain safe and effective anesthesia delivery in a 4–5 OR setting plus out-of-OR assignments
• Contribute to clinical excellence in a rural but advanced healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $310,000 – $380,000 DOE
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $15,000 annual retention bonus
• $5,000 performance incentive

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Eligible for Alaska licensure
• OB experience preferred; no cardiac or craniotomy cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off (20 weeks off/year)
• Day shifts only, 12-hour shifts (many days shorter)
• No nights or weekends
• Hospital setting with 4–5 operating rooms and additional OB/GI rooms
