Wang Anesthesia Management is seeking highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our fast-growing private practice group serving the Greater Denver Area. We specialize in providing anesthesia services to Denver-based surgery centers and offer top-tier compensation and flexible work options. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for general outpatient cases including plastics, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, orthopedic, podiatry, general surgery, urology, gastroenterology (GI), and pain management
• Conduct preoperative evaluations and formulate anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and response during and after procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure optimal patient recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to optimize patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $360,000 – $475,000 annually
• No call or weekends required

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• State of Colorado licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
