Job Description

Avita Health System, a 3-hospital system located between Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio, is hiring CRNAs for a growing surgical services department. We offer flexible models including full-time, part-time, 1099 or W-2 employment, and 4×10 schedules. This is a highly independent CRNA-led practice with diverse case types and supportive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Autonomous anesthesia care in a full-scope setting
• Placement of peripheral nerve blocks, central lines, and arterial lines
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments and notes
• Prescriptive authority for full-time CRNAs

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $270,000 – $320,000 depending on experience
• W-2 or 1099 employment model available
• Call stipends: $800/weeknight, $1,200/weekend
• Paid post-call day off included in contract
• 6 paid holidays (in addition to vacation)
• Tiered vacation:
  • 0–3 years: 6 weeks
  • 4–6 years: 7 weeks
  • 7–9 years: 8 weeks
  • 10–12 years: 9 weeks
  • 13+ years: 10 weeks

Job Requirements

• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
• Proficiency in blocks and line placements preferred
• Must be comfortable practicing independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• All-CRNA model with one pro-CRNA Anesthesiologist Director
• Call: Every 7th night and weekend (from home, 1-hour response)
• First cases begin at 7:00 AM, typically completed by 5:00 PM
