Job Description

Colorado Perioperative Medicine is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our rapidly growing private practice in South Denver, Colorado. This opportunity offers unmatched flexibility, a positive and respectful team culture, and no call, nights, weekends, or holiday responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a high volume of outpatient orthopedic and surgical procedures
• Collaborate with physician anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a fast-paced ASC environment
• Maintain high-quality care standards and patient safety at all times
• Option to perform ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks (encouraged but not required)
• Deliver excellent communication and teamwork with all clinical staff

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 compensation at $200/hour
• Annual earning potential of $360,000 to $425,000 based on hours worked
• W-2 option available
• Highly flexible scheduling model to support work-life balance
• No call, nights, weekends, or holiday coverage required

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Colorado licensure or eligibility
• Comfortable working independently in outpatient settings
• Commitment to high-quality care and a collaborative work culture

• ASC-based practice with physician supervision and team collaboration
• Opportunities to administer peripheral nerve blocks if desired
