Job Description

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesiology is actively seeking skilled and dedicated Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic and growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Located in the scenic Upper Valley of New Hampshire, our facility is affiliated with the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and is the state’s only Level 1 Trauma Center. With the second-highest acuity level in New England, we are proud to rank in the top 5% nationally.

Our CRNAs are key contributors to exceptional patient care, operating in a collaborative and supportive environment that emphasizes continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care within a collaborative MD/CRNA Care Team model
• Provide services across 40+ locations and 40,000+ cases annually
• Perform diverse procedures in General Surgery, Trauma, Maxillofacial, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Pediatrics, Thoracic, Transplant, Vascular, and Orthopedics
• Support non-OR cases including live-imaging surgical suite, Endoscopy, pediatric ‘Pain-Free’ program, interventional radiology, CT, procedure rooms, radiation oncology, MRI, EP, and cath lab/structural heart
• Participate in weekly continuing education sessions

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $254,300 with tiered increases based on experience
• Loan repayment program – $50,000 over 4 years
• Sign-on bonus offered
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, based on mileage
• Reimbursement for all licenses and certifications
• Biennial CME stipend
• Weekly opportunities for CE credits
• No income or sales tax for New Hampshire residents

Job Requirements

• Obtain a New Hampshire RN and APRN license
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential from the NH Board of Nursing
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
