NorthStar is excited to announce the expansion of our footprint in Florida through a partnership with the Tampa General Hospital System. We are currently seeking talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing team supporting Tampa General Hospital Brooksville, Spring Hill, and Florida Endoscopy & Surgery Center (FESC) Brooksville. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a diverse case mix, and a collaborative care-team environment, making it an excellent fit for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple hospital and ASC settings
• Work collaboratively within a care-team model
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services across a broad case mix

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $244,000
• $8,000 Quality Bonus
• $8,000 Call Pay
• Total Annual Compensation: $260,000
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
• Generous PTO: 8 weeks
