A CRNA-owned anesthesia group is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a high-volume, office-based anesthesia practice supporting an aesthetic plastic surgery facility in Miami, Florida. This role offers full clinical autonomy in a fast-paced environment designed for efficiency, safety, and exceptional patient experience.
CRNAs in this position manage anesthesia care independently from preoperative assessment through recovery while working closely with the surgical team. The practice operates on a weekday schedule only and is well suited for CRNAs who thrive in autonomous roles and value a performance-driven clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive preoperative patient assessments
- Independently administer and manage anesthesia throughout procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure safe anesthetic depth
- Communicate effectively with surgeons and clinical staff during cases
- Provide post-anesthesia care and complete accurate documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation range of $240,000 to $260,000
- W-2 employment status
- Weekday-only schedule with no call responsibilities
- Stable, high-volume office-based practice
Job Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active ACLS certification
- Ability to practice independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
