Job Description

We need full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a facility in Fort Dodge, Iowa. This role offers a high level of autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and a flexible work schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Ability to provide anesthesia services independently within a care team model
  • Experience with a variety of cases including ENT, ortho, OB/GYN, vascular, general surgery, urology, and eyes

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday-Friday schedule with optional four 10-hour shifts
  • 1:5 weekday call and 1:7 weekend/holiday call
  • All-CRNA model within a care team setting
  • Average case load: 2-4 general/ortho/vascular/OBGYN, 18-20 eye cases, 10-12 urology cases, 2-8 ENT cases daily
