AR Facility (Direct Hire) Full Time No Call W-2

Job Description

BBI, a specialized surgery center in Northwest Arkansas, is seeking a full-time CRNA to provide safe, individualized anesthesia care with a focus on MAC and local cases. This is a no call, no weekend position ideal for CRNAs who value a predictable schedule and high-quality clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments, including evaluations, history reviews, and diagnostic consultations
• Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs and procedure type
• Administer MAC, local, and occasional general or regional anesthesia
• Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures
• Ensure safe post-anesthesia recovery and manage side effects in the PACU
• Document all aspects of anesthesia care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with best practices and participate in quality improvement efforts

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 annual salary: $200,000–$220,000
• Full-time role with no call, no weekends

Job Requirements

• Active Arkansas CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• Proficiency in administering MAC and local anesthesia
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Arkansas Administrative Code for CRNAs

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights, weekends, or call required
• Focused on MAC and local anesthesia cases in a surgery center setting
