Job Description
KPC Global is seeking an experienced and autonomous Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team serving three hospitals in Orange County, California. This flexible, full-time 1099 opportunity offers weekday scheduling, strong earning potential, and the freedom to choose between part-time or full-time coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at three KPC Global facilities: Anaheim Global Medical Center, Chapman Global Medical Center, and South Coast Global Medical Center.
- Deliver anesthesia for a range of general surgical cases (no heads, hearts, OB, or pediatrics).
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer anesthesia independently and monitor patient safety throughout all perioperative phases.
- Collaborate with a team of CRNAs and surgeons to maintain efficient and safe case flow.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate starting at $180/hour
- Annual earnings range: $200,000–$450,000 (based on availability)
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- 1099 independent contractor status
- Flexible scheduling — choose 2, 3, or 4 weeks per month

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active California CRNA license
- Experience with general anesthesia required; no OB, neuro, or peds cases
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Independent practice model with CRNA-only coverage
- Rotating between three small hospitals within Orange County
- Flexible coverage — part-time or full-time available
