Job Description
UK King’s Daughters is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team in Ashland, Kentucky. CRNAs will be employed by the health system and work within a collaborative care team model under medical supervision. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for a wide range of procedures: general, vascular, ortho, neuro, ENT, OB, bariatric, urology, and GYN
- Collaborate within a care team model alongside 20+ CRNAs
- Participate in a rotating call schedule (negotiable)
- Support surgical teams at Ashland, KY and Portsmouth, OH locations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $50,000
- Additional pay for overtime, call, and weekend shifts
- Paid malpractice insurance
- 272 hours of vacation + 1 CME week annually
- $1,500 annual CME allowance

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- NBCRNA certification required
- Eligibility for Kentucky RN and APRN licensure
- Comfort with a variety of case types in a supervised model
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position at two locations (Ashland, KY and Portsmouth, OH)
- Call: Negotiable; additional pay available
- Supportive, team-based hospital setting
