Job Description

An established anesthesia practice in the San Antonio, Texas area is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an autonomous outpatient role. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends. The practice provides a supportive, structured environment focused on high-quality patient care. SRNAs nearing graduation are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures (bread-and-butter cases; no OB).
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe emergence and post-anesthesia care and recovery oversight.
Document anesthesia care accurately and completely.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative personnel in an outpatient setting.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or SRNA eligible to sit for boards
Unrestricted Texas RN and CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong independent clinical skills in outpatient anesthesia
Excellent communication, professionalism, and sound clinical judgment

Full-time position
Monday–Friday schedule
No call, no nights, no weekends
Autonomous practice setting with outpatient surgical cases
