Job Description
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world’s most respected cancer treatment and research institutions, is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its Anesthesiology department in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Administer anesthesia and adjunctive therapeutics for surgical and procedural cases.
- Monitor and manage patient physiological responses during anesthesia, taking corrective action as needed.
- Provide resuscitative care and safe emergence from anesthesia.
- Deliver post-anesthesia recovery care and ensure smooth patient transitions.
- Document all anesthesia-related activities accurately in patient records.
- Participate in education and mentorship for SRNAs rotating with the anesthesiology team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $200,000 – $270,000 (W-2).
- $30,000 employment incentive over the first 3 years.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Current Texas CRNA license (or eligibility).
- NBCRNA certification or recertification.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work with oncology patients.
