Job Description

Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital in Nogales, Arizona is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its hospital-employed team just 1 hour south of Tucson. This is an independent practice position in a Critical Access Hospital, ideal for experienced CRNAs comfortable providing solo OB/GYN and procedural coverage. Enjoy premium compensation, minimal caseload, and 17 weeks off annually.

Key Responsibilities

Perform anesthesia services for OB/GYN and simple surgical procedures
Provide solo call coverage on a rotating basis (every third night)
Work independently with no MD supervision
Collaborate with a small, supportive CRNA-only group and trusted hospital staff

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 hospital-employed position
Annual salary: $320,000 – $350,000
17 weeks off plus tiered PTO accrual
$4,000 annual CME + 1 week off
Premium pay available for extra shifts

Job Requirements

Must be fully independent and confident providing solo coverage
Comfortable with OB anesthesia and call responsibilities
Willing to live within reasonable call radius
Eligible for Arizona CRNA licensure

Schedule & Work Environment

Two CRNA coverage Monday–Friday
Every third night first call rotation
Critical Access Hospital with light caseload
Definite hire with immediate start
