Job Description
Wang Anesthesia Management, Colorado’s premier private anesthesia group, is expanding and seeking exceptional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team in the Greater Denver area. This full-time opportunity offers outstanding compensation, flexible scheduling, and a no-call lifestyle — all while practicing in a high-performing, supportive private practice environment serving multiple Denver-area surgery centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical cases, including plastics, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, urology, GI, and pain management.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safe recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia colleagues to promote efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain high clinical standards and uphold the group’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation: $360,000–$475,000 (based on experience and case mix)
- 1099 independent contractor status
- No call and flexible PM shifts

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Colorado CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficiency in outpatient and ambulatory anesthesia practices
- Commitment to clinical excellence and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position with immediate start available
- Flexible PM shifts – no call or weekends required
- Outpatient-focused practice across multiple Denver-area surgery centers
