Full-Time CRNA at Mary Washington Healthcare – $100K Sign-On + Flexible Shifts

Job Description

Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking full-time CRNAs to join one of the most dynamic teams in Virginia. Under new leadership and a revised pay structure, this position offers exceptional flexibility, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, and exposure to a wide variety of cases including trauma, OB, thoracic, and optional cardiac. With multiple facilities and shift lengths (including 24s), CRNAs enjoy autonomy, variety, and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia across a range of services: general, OB, trauma, ENT, neuro, ortho, vascular, podiatry, urology, and more
• Perform and manage OB epidurals and spinals
• Optional participation in cardiac anesthesia (TAVR, pump cases, EP lab)
• Support off-site procedures including IR, endoscopy, MRI, and cath lab

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employee position
• Base salary starting at $210,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• New pay structure and flexible scheduling (8, 10, 12, 14, or 24-hr shifts)
• Limited call: 1–2 weekday calls/month + only 2 required weekend calls/year
• Opportunities for teaching with Georgetown University and VCU

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Active Virginia CRNA license – or eligibility
• Comfort with OB epidurals and spinals – required
• Experience or interest in cardiac cases – optional

Schedule & Work Environment

• Work at one of three facilities (MWH, Stafford Hospital, or FASC) with occasional floating
• Shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, or 24s (depending on site)
• Call: beeper 7p–7a (minimal frequency), no call at FASC
• Freestanding ASC offers weekday shifts only (no nights/weekends/holidays)
