Job Description

Join the academic CRNA team at Children’s Health in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, W-2 opportunity for motivated CRNAs who enjoy pediatric care in a high-acuity setting. The position offers generous compensation, optional call, and exceptional benefits including extended leave, fertility and adoption support, and access to PSLF eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care in pediatric settings including a Level 1 Trauma Center and surgery center
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Participate in research and academic opportunities if desired

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $220,000 – $300,000
$20,000–$30,000 Sign-On Bonus
Generous PTO + Up to 20 Weeks Maternity Leave
Fertility, Adoption, and Surrogacy Support
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred
Texas licensure or eligibility required
