Job Description

Essentia Health-Fargo is seeking 4 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their collaborative anesthesia care team at a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across 11 ORs, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, Radiology, and OB
  • Participate in call, weekends, and 1–2 holiday shifts per year
  • Collaborate with a care team of 29 CRNAs and 10 Anesthesiologists

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $240,000 – $260,000
  • $80,000 sign-on bonus
  • 12-month student stipend (if eligible)
  • Comprehensive W-2 benefits package

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licensure
  • Open to new graduates

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time exempt position
  • Includes call and weekend coverage
  • Team-oriented environment within a high-acuity hospital setting
