Job Description

Samuel Cho MD PC is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its office-based endoscopy practice in Flushing, New York. This position focuses exclusively on GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopy cases in a professional outpatient setting.

The role offers predictable daytime hours, no call responsibilities, and a pleasant work environment with supportive staff. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking a focused procedural practice with strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide MAC anesthesia for office-based GI procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and review medical history
  • Monitor patients throughout EGD and colonoscopy procedures
  • Manage airway, sedation, and patient safety during procedures
  • Supervise post-procedure recovery and discharge readiness
  • Document anesthesia records and patient care accurately
  • Support efficient daily procedural flow while prioritizing patient satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • ACLS certification negotiable
  • PALS not required
  • Subspecialty fellowship negotiable
  • New graduates considered on a conditional basis
  • Comfortable providing MAC anesthesia in office-based GI setting

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM schedule
  • Closed on Wednesdays
  • No first call responsibilities
  • No second call responsibilities
  • 100% office-based anesthesia practice
  • GI procedures only
  • Pleasant and collaborative clinical environment
