Job Description
Samuel Cho MD PC is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its office-based endoscopy practice in Flushing, New York. This position focuses exclusively on GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopy cases in a professional outpatient setting.
The role offers predictable daytime hours, no call responsibilities, and a pleasant work environment with supportive staff. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking a focused procedural practice with strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide MAC anesthesia for office-based GI procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and review medical history
- Monitor patients throughout EGD and colonoscopy procedures
- Manage airway, sedation, and patient safety during procedures
- Supervise post-procedure recovery and discharge readiness
- Document anesthesia records and patient care accurately
- Support efficient daily procedural flow while prioritizing patient satisfaction

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- NBCRNA certification required
- ACLS certification negotiable
- PALS not required
- Subspecialty fellowship negotiable
- New graduates considered on a conditional basis
- Comfortable providing MAC anesthesia in office-based GI setting
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Monday through Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM schedule
- Closed on Wednesdays
- No first call responsibilities
- No second call responsibilities
- 100% office-based anesthesia practice
- GI procedures only
