Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services independently for general, orthopedic, endoscopy, OB/GYN, podiatry, and dental cases.
• Administer and manage epidural, spinal, and regional anesthesia (training available for peripheral blocks).
• Support labor and delivery, including C-sections and obstetric anesthesia.
• Ensure patient safety through preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, and postoperative monitoring.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nurses to maintain the highest level of patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $260,000–$280,000 (W-2)
• Independent CRNA model – no supervision
• Low call-back frequency with 1:3 call rotation
• Shorter days and slower-paced schedule

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active Mississippi license
• Epidural and spinal experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with manageable caseload (~2,000 cases/year, ~250 deliveries)
• 1:3 call rotation with rare after-hours callback
• Occasional day off following call
• All-CRNA team; no supervision or medical direction
