Job Description

Renew Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This full-time 1099 opportunity offers both call-taking and non-call schedule options in a collaborative, physician-supported environment with strong earning potential and scheduling flexibility.

Providers will practice in a full-scope anesthesia setting with opportunities in general anesthesia, OB, and regional anesthesia while working alongside a supportive clinician-led team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Participate in OB and regional anesthesia services
• Deliver safe perioperative care in a collaborative team-based model
• Perform preoperative evaluations and postoperative assessments
• Manage anesthesia documentation and patient monitoring
• Participate in call rotation if selecting the call-taking position

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor opportunity
• Non-call CRNA compensation projected around $315,000 annually
• Call-taking CRNA compensation projected around $385,721 annually
• Non-call rate: $175/hour
• Call-taking rate: $180/hour
• Weekday first call: $500
• Weekend first call (24-hour): $1,000
• Weekday second call: $250
• Weekend second call (24-hour): $500
• Callback pay: $175/hour
• Estimated additional annual call/callback earnings: $61,721
• Approximately 7 weeks off annually
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification required
• Experienced CRNAs and new graduates encouraged to apply
• Interest in clinical variety and collaborative practice environment
• Comfort with full-scope anesthesia practice preferred
