Job Description

Renew Medical Group is seeking full-time OR CRNAs to join its clinician-led anesthesia team at Mercy Northwest in Rogers, Arkansas. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong hourly compensation, and the chance to work in a collaborative operating room environment.

CRNAs will provide anesthesia care in a professional, fast-paced setting while enjoying autonomy, predictable scheduling, and support from an experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for operating room procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout surgical cases
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes during all phases of care
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery needs
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff in a team-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $175 per hour compensation
• Estimated annual earnings of $320,000 to $330,000
• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active CRNA certification required
• Operating room anesthesia experience preferred
