Job Description

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing anesthesia team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This is a W-2 hospital-employed opportunity offering a diverse surgical caseload, collaborative multidisciplinary environment, and strong work-life balance.

CRNAs will primarily practice at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, with additional coverage at Manatee Memorial Hospital as needed. Providers work 10- or 12-hour shifts and participate in a team-oriented care model alongside physicians and perioperative staff. The role requires strong clinical skills, efficient time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This position offers long-term stability within an award-winning, Joint Commission–accredited facility that is undergoing significant expansion, including a new ICU and progressive care tower scheduled to open in 2026. The location provides access to excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and Gulf Coast beaches, making it an attractive destination for both career growth and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary perioperative teams
  • Conduct preoperative assessments and postoperative evaluations
  • Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a hospital-based environment

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active Florida CRNA license or eligibility
