Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in a care team model with significant autonomy
- Participate in a shift-based schedule with light weekend/24-hour call shifts
- Perform cases across a broad spectrum excluding hearts, transplants, and sick pediatrics
- Utilize Epic EHR and work in state-of-the-art ORs
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $270,000
- Flat rate for call shifts (typically light)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 retention bonuses for each two-year commitment beyond year one
- $5,000 annual quality incentive bonus
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000 with direct bill options
- $5,000 CME/licensure allowance annually
- Approximately 6 weeks off annually plus CME time and holidays
- Fully paid malpractice insurance

Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
- NBCRNA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- One or more years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift-based schedule with light call requirements
- Call frequency varies, always followed by a day off
- Work in a Level III Trauma Center serving seven counties
