Job Description

UT Health Jacksonville is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the CRNA-only anesthesia team at UT Health Jacksonville. This independent practice position offers a competitive $320,000 annual compensation, an excellent work-life balance with seven weeks off, and a diverse case mix in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, OBGYN, and Endo/GI.
  • Work autonomously in a CRNA-only practice model, with support from hospital and management teams.
  • Perform regional anesthesia (training available if needed).
  • Participate in a low-call rotation (1:3) with post-call day off and light call-back frequency.
  • Maintain patient safety and high-quality standards of care in all anesthesia services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Compensation: $320,000 (1099)
  • Schedule: Full-time with 7 weeks off per year

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Board Certified
