Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a large team-based environment
Utilize the QGenda system for optimized scheduling
Contribute to ongoing innovation in transplant and surgical care, including new lung transplant program

Compensation & Benefits

$10,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with active Arizona license or eligibility
Experience in a wide variety of surgical specialties preferred
Commitment to patient-first care and professional growth

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position with flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (12s based on seniority and availability)
