Job Description
Northern Light Mayo Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dedicated anesthesia care team in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and independent anesthesia care for a range of surgical cases in a critical access hospital environment.
- Conduct preoperative evaluations and formulate individualized anesthesia plans for patients of varying acuity.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Participate in limited call rotations to ensure 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $260,000 annually
- Paid Time Off: 13 weeks per year
- Call Schedule: 1:4 weekday and weekend call with additional pay opportunities

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active or eligible Maine license
- 2–5 years of CRNA clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality anesthesia care
