Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for general, ortho, GYN, ENT, urology, neuro-spine, plastics, and Davinci robotic cases.
  • Perform regional anesthesia and lines (training available if needed).
  • Work in a medically supervised but highly autonomous environment.
  • Collaborate with a large, supportive anesthesia team of 25 CRNAs and 8 MDs.
  • Maintain safe and efficient patient care in both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual pay range: $250,000–$400,000 (1099)
  • New grads start at $250K with salary track to $315K by year 2
  • Experienced CRNAs earn $315K–$400K+
  • $45,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $50,000 tuition reimbursement (plus access to state/federal grant programs for loan repayment)
  • Up to $15,000 relocation reimbursement
  • Annual guaranteed raise (2–5%) based on CPI, with no salary cap
  • 8 weeks paid vacation + 6 major holidays off
  • Interview travel expenses reimbursed if offer accepted

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active or eligible Texas license
  • Strong clinical competence with a team-focused approach
  • Regional anesthesia experience preferred (training available)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, no OB, no hearts
  • Off most days by 3 PM; latest shifts end around 7 PM
  • 3rd call only (weekends), approximately 2–3 times per year
  • MDs handle all 1st and 2nd call duties
  • Modern facilities with updated anesthesia equipment and 6 dedicated anesthesia techs
