Job Description

All Saints Surgery Center in Brooksville, Florida is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a high-volume outpatient surgical team. This position offers consistent Monday–Friday scheduling with no nights, weekends, or call, providing excellent work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a broad range of outpatient procedures
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations
  • Monitor and manage patient status intraoperatively
  • Collaborate within a supportive anesthesia care team model
  • Ensure safe emergence and postoperative transition

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary up to $280,000
  • No nights, weekends, or call
  • 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday
  • 6 weeks PTO

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure
  • Eligible for Florida CRNA licensure
  • Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Outpatient surgery center
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • No call, nights, or weekends
  • Case types: endoscopy, ortho, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, urology
