Job Description

This full-time CRNA role with Seven Hills Anesthesia offers an outstanding opportunity to practice in a modern ambulatory surgery center environment with no call, no weekends, and no holidays. As part of the Columbus Division—the largest independent anesthesia practice in the Tri-State region—CRNAs provide care within a collaborative care team model while maintaining a high degree of clinical autonomy. The position includes coverage at multiple ASCs throughout the Columbus area, offering exposure to a wide range of outpatient surgical specialties. This role is ideal for providers seeking consistent daytime hours, low-stress workflow, and the flexibility to choose either W-2 or 1099 employment depending on their financial and lifestyle goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care within a collaborative care team model across multiple ASCs
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Provide anesthesia for ortho/foot and ankle, spine, GYN, general surgery, robotics, plastics, and urology cases
• Ensure smooth anesthesia delivery and recovery for outpatient surgical patients
• Participate in optional overtime opportunities based on staffing needs and personal preference

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 salary range: $250,000–$280,000 annually (full-time)
• 1099 rate: $180 per hour
• No call, weekends, or holidays
• 6 weeks PTO for full-time W-2 providers
• 15% profit-sharing after one year of service
• Flexible compensation structure with opportunities for additional hours

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA and RN licensure in Ohio
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced ASC environment
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours only
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Care team model with supportive anesthesiologists and experienced CRNAs
• Rotation among ambulatory surgery centers across the Columbus region
