Job Description

The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team. This W-2 hospital-employed position offers competitive compensation, full benefits, 8 weeks of vacation, and the opportunity to provide anesthesia care across a wide range of cases in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedics, healthy pediatric dental, OB/GYN, podiatry, and endoscopy cases.
Participate in OB call coverage and collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
Engage in comprehensive patient care, from preoperative assessment through postoperative recovery.
Support hospital initiatives in quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $250,000 – $330,000 annually (DOE).
W-2 employment with full hospital benefits package.
8 weeks paid vacation.

Job Requirements

NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
Active Texas CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
Ability to manage a diverse surgical caseload.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, hospital-based position.
OB call coverage required; first and second call negotiable.
Day off after call negotiable.
Collaborative, supportive hospital environment with immediate start available.
