Job Description

UPMC Lititz is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our anesthesia team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers a wide range of surgical cases, competitive compensation, generous sign-on packages, and exceptional benefits, including student loan forgiveness and an employer-funded retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases, including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, OB, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and GI procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
Utilize advanced technology, including EPIC EMR
Provide compassionate, high-quality care for a diverse patient population

Compensation & Benefits

Annual compensation between $230,000 and $340,000
Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
Ability to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania CRNA license
Valid federal and state narcotics certificates
Comfortable with a wide range of cases
New graduates and experienced providers welcome to apply
